How does pricing work?

Every job is priced custom — to the space, the clutter, and what you actually want done. We don't publish menus because no two garages are the same. Send a photo or schedule a walkthrough and we'll come back with a real quote. See how we quote.

Is there a minimum job size?

Yes — 3-hour minimum on any job. This covers drive, setup, and the real work of making a space usable.

How fast can you get here?

Same-week scheduling is standard. Rush jobs (within 48 hours) are possible — ask and we'll work it out.

Do you handle the donation and dump runs?

Yes. We handle haul-away, donation drop-offs, and dump fees. Truck rentals and dump fees are passed through at actual cost — never marked up.

Can you help with an estate or transition?

Yes, and we treat it with the care it deserves. Our estate & transition support is slower, more respectful, and built around the family's needs — not a stopwatch.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. Many clients meet us for a walkthrough, then leave us to work. We'll send progress photos if you want them.

What about heirlooms and documents?

Nothing gets discarded without your sign-off. For sensitive jobs, we slow down and do a dedicated heirloom & document recovery pass before anything leaves the space.
